Shortly after, he obtained a series 65 (Investment Advisory license) as well Life and Health Insurance licenses. By the age of 21, Ray was promoted to Vice President of Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. (NYSE Member Firm) and just 3 years later became Senior Vice President while being inducted into the firm’s exclusive “President club”. For more than half his tenure with the firm, he consistently ranked within the “top 10 producers.”
