What does Corunit CRM actually replace
For most businesses: the CRM, the email platform, the SMS tool, the booking system, the funnel builder, the form tool, the review software, the invoicing tool and the reporting dashboard. The saving is real — but the bigger gain is that those systems finally share one contact record instead of nine.
Do you charge per user
No. Users are unlimited, so adding a receptionist or a new sales hire doesn't change your bill. That's unusual, and it matters most for businesses with front-desk staff who need access but aren't sales seats.
Can we bring our existing contacts and history
Yes. We migrate contacts, custom fields, pipeline stages and — where the old system allows an export — conversation history. Migration is part of onboarding rather than a separate line item, and we run both systems in parallel until you're confident.
Is it HIPAA compliant
HIPAA compliance requires a signed Business Associate Agreement and the right configuration, not just a feature list. For practices handling protected health information we deploy Corunit PRM, our healthcare configuration, with a BAA in place and messaging channels restricted appropriately. Don't accept a vague “HIPAA-ready” claim from any vendor without a BAA.
Do we own our data
Yes. Your contacts, conversations, pipeline history and content belong to you and are exportable. We won't hold your database hostage — and you should ask any CRM vendor to confirm the same in writing before you migrate into them.
What does implementation involve
A discovery session on how you actually work, then pipeline and calendar configuration, number provisioning, migration, workflow build and team training. Most businesses are live within two to four weeks, depending on how much automation is built up front.
Will our team actually use it
That's the real risk with any CRM, and the reason most implementations fail. We keep the initial build deliberately small, train on the two or three screens people touch daily, and add automation once the habit sticks. The mobile app helps — staff who aren't at a desk can still work the pipeline.
Does it work with our website and ad accounts
Yes. Forms and chat on your existing site push straight into the CRM, ad platforms connect so lead source is recorded automatically, and payments run through Stripe or an equivalent processor. Anything not natively connected can usually be handled through Zapier.
What if we already have a CRM we like
Then keep it. If your current system holds the pipeline properly and your team uses it, replacing it is an expensive way to stand still. We're more useful filling the gaps around it — and we'll tell you if that's the honest recommendation.
