Do I really own the design
Yes. Full copyright in the final approved artwork is assigned to you in writing on completion — so you can use, modify, register and license it without coming back to us. Any licensed fonts or stock elements are listed separately, because those are licensed rather than owned by anyone.
What does “unlimited revisions” actually mean
Unlimited rounds within the scope you agreed. Refining a logo until it's right is included. Deciding halfway through that you want a packaging range as well is a new project, not a revision — and we say which one it is before doing the work, never after.
What file formats do I receive
Vector source files for anything that needs to scale — usually AI, EPS, SVG and PDF — plus PNG and JPG exports for everyday use. Print work is supplied to your printer's specification with bleed, correct colour mode and outlined type.
How fast are the first drafts
Around three business days for a first round on most items, once we have your brief and any existing brand material. Complex identity systems and packaging take longer, and we'll tell you the realistic date rather than the flattering one.
Do you use stock or AI-generated artwork
Not for anything you're told is original. Logos and identity work are drawn from scratch, because an AI-generated or stock mark can't be reliably protected and may resemble someone else's. Where licensed stock photography or fonts are used in a layout, we say so and pass on the licence.
Will the design work for healthcare or finance
Yes, and those categories carry constraints. Required disclaimers need room in the layout, some claims can't appear on printed material without substantiation, and accessibility standards apply to contrast and type size. We design with the compliance review in mind rather than discovering it at proof stage.
Can you work with our existing brand guidelines
Of course. If you have guidelines, we work inside them. If you have a logo and nothing else, we can document the system as we go — so the next agency, printer or freelancer isn't guessing at your colours and type.
What do you need from us to start
A short brief, any existing logo or brand files, examples of work you like and dislike, and who the audience is. The dislikes are often the most useful part — they close off directions faster than anything else.
What if we don't like any of the concepts
Then the brief was wrong, not you. We go back to it, work out what was missed, and present a fresh direction. That's what unlimited revisions is for, and it's why we ask about work you dislike at the start.
