What actually moves Google rankings
For local search especially, Google weighs three things — and the businesses that win the popularity contest with real reviews rise to the top
01
Relevance
How well your business matches what someone is actually searching for.
02
Proximity
How close you are to the searcher — distance carries real weight in local results.
03
Prominence
How well-known and trusted you are online, driven heavily by reviews and reputation.

The journey
Funnels that guide the sale
A good funnel walks customers from the first engagement all the way to purchase — and hands you the data that shows exactly how they behave, where trends are shifting, and where you win or lose the business.
Because at the end of the day, traffic only matters when it converts. That's the number we build toward.
~97%
of first visits end without a purchase — the arithmetic of a typical 2–3% conversion rate. Which is exactly why the follow-up matters as much as the first click.

1 visit
is rarely enough. Because you already have their interest and their info, a second visit sharply raises your odds of the sale.
Bring them back
Retargeting turns almost-buyers into buyers
Retargeting — or remarketing — follows up with people who already showed interest and re-engages them based on that intent. They were interested but got interrupted before acting, so they convert at a much higher rate than brand-new visitors.
We set up the best-practice sequences and the right email platforms to catch them at the moment they're ready to come back.
Price is what you pay. Value is what you get.

Where the traffic comes from

What makes marketing effective rather than just busy
A connection between the activity and the money. Effective marketing has a defined audience, a channel chosen because that audience is there, a next step on every asset, and measurement that ties back to revenue. Busy marketing has a content calendar and no idea which post produced a customer.
Which channel should we start with
Whichever your buyers already use — which is rarely all of them. Two channels run properly beat six run thinly, and the honest first step is usually to stop something rather than start something. We'll say which one on the audit.
How much should we spend on marketing
It depends on your margin, sales cycle and how much ground there is to make up — so any percentage-of-revenue rule quoted before looking at your numbers is guesswork. What matters more is that the spend is measurable, so you can see which part is working and move budget toward it.
What is retargeting and why does it convert better
Advertising specifically to people who already visited or engaged. It converts better because you're not persuading a stranger — you're reminding someone who already showed interest and got interrupted. It's also the cheapest audience you'll ever advertise to, because you already paid to acquire them once.
How do you know which channel produced the sale
Tracked links, call tracking, unique codes and a CRM that records the source at intake. Last-click reporting will happily credit whichever channel touched the customer most recently — which is why the channel that actually created the demand often looks worthless in a default dashboard.
How long before marketing works
Paid channels move in weeks. Content and SEO compound over months. Brand and referral effects take longer still. A programme with only slow channels feels like nothing is happening; one with only fast channels stops the day you stop paying. That's why we run both.
Do we need infographics and visual content
Where the message is genuinely visual — a process, a comparison, data. A diagram carries a comparison faster than three paragraphs. An infographic made because infographics get shared, with nothing to say, gets ignored like anything else.
Can you work alongside our in-house team
Yes, and it often works best that way. Your team knows the business and the customers; we bring the channel execution and the measurement. We're equally happy taking specific channels and leaving the rest with you.
What do we get in the first month
An audit of what's running now, what it's returning and what's leaking; a channel plan with a recommended starting point; and tracking put in place so the following months are measured rather than guessed. The tracking usually surfaces something uncomfortable — that's the point.
