Your budget is finite. Treat it that way.

How it works

You're in an auction — every single search

Paid search looks simple from the outside
Specialist adjusting bids and budgets in an advertising platform
01

Someone searches. The auction fires.

The moment a person types a competitive term, every advertiser bidding on it enters a real-time auction. The results at the very top marked Ad are the winners. You pay only when someone clicks — hence pay per click.

02

The highest bid doesn't automatically win

Google also scores how relevant and useful your ad and landing page are — Quality Score. A tightly built account can outrank a bigger budget and pay less per click doing it. This is precisely where competent management pays for itself.

03

You set the ceiling, not Google

You decide the daily or monthly cap. When it's met, the ads stop. Nothing runs away from you. Scale it up when the numbers justify it, pull it back when they don't — that control is the reason paid search suits a cautious budget better than most people assume.

The part most agencies skip: where the click lands

Not everyone who clicks will buy. That's normal. What isn't normal is sending expensive, high-intent traffic to a page that loads slowly, buries the phone number, or doesn't repeat the promise the ad just made. Do that and the clicks stop being an investment and start being a bill. We build and optimize the landing page as part of the campaign — because the ad is only half the job.

Paid + organic

Ads buy time. SEO buys ground.

Running one without the other is a choice most businesses make by accident, and it costs them

SEO takes three to six months before it moves. Paid search moves this week. Run ads while the organic work compounds underneath, and you're not sitting on your hands waiting for rankings — you're buying leads today and earning them free tomorrow.

It also spreads your risk. An algorithm update can dent organic overnight; a rising CPC can squeeze paid. Having both means neither one can take your pipeline down on its own. And if you're already ranking first organically, ads on the same term still take share you'd otherwise hand to the competitor sitting above you.

What is paid search
Paid search is advertising that appears at the top of search results pages. The ads look similar to organic listings but carry a label marking them as ads. You bid for placement and pay only when someone clicks — which is why it's also called pay per click, or PPC.
How does the Google Ads auction actually work
Every time someone searches, Google runs a real-time auction among advertisers bidding on that term. Your position isn't decided by bid alone — Google also weighs ad quality and relevance through Quality Score. A well-built account can outrank a bigger budget, which is exactly where good management earns its fee.
How much should I spend on Google Ads
It depends on your market, competition and goals. We start with a budget large enough to gather real data, prove what converts, then scale spend into the campaigns actually returning. You set the daily or monthly cap and it's never exceeded without your say-so.
How is paid search different from SEO
SEO earns rankings over three to six months; paid search buys placement immediately. Ads give you instant traffic while SEO compounds in the background. Running both spreads your risk and covers short, medium and long term at once — which is why most businesses do better with the pair than either alone.
When will I see results
Traffic and leads can start within days of launch. The first few weeks are about gathering conversion data; from there we optimize continuously, so cost per lead falls and return improves month over month.
Why do my ads get clicks but no leads
Almost always the landing page, not the ad. If the page doesn't match what the ad promised, load fast and make the next step obvious, those paid clicks turn into mounting cost instead of sales. We treat the page as part of the campaign, not someone else's problem.
Can I advertise on my competitors' brand names
In most cases yes — you can bid on competitor terms so your ad appears when someone searches for them, though you can't use their trademark in the ad text. It's a legitimate tactic, and we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth the cost in your market.
Do I own my ad account and data
Always. Your Google Ads account, campaigns, conversion history and landing pages belong to you. We manage them transparently under your ownership, and you keep everything if we ever part ways.
Which platforms can you run ads on
Google and Microsoft Ads for search, plus Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest and Snapchat for paid social and display. We recommend the mix based on where your buyers actually are, not on which platform is fashionable.
