What you’d actually do

  • Test functionality, responsive behaviour, accessibility and performance before launch
  • Check links, forms, tracking and structured data actually work rather than merely exist
  • Verify content claims are substantiated, because a wrong statistic is a defect
  • Write reproducible bug reports that a developer can act on without a meeting

What we need from you

  • Genuine attention to detail and the stubbornness to keep looking
  • Browser and device testing across real conditions, not just a simulator
  • The confidence to say a build isn't ready when it isn't

If you have most of “what we need” and none of these, apply. The list above is genuinely optional rather than a hidden requirement.

We hire when we meet the right person, not against a headcount plan. There’s no closing date and no advantage to applying in the first week.

How hiring works here

The process

  • A conversation — what you’ve built, what you want more of, what you’d rather never do again.
  • A short practical exercise related to the real work. Paid where it takes real time; no week-long take-homes.
  • A conversation with the people you’d work alongside — two-way, so you can interview us back.
